CHIROPRACTIC MEDICINE
Chiropractic medicine is based on the theory that our nervous system is the key to maintaining homeostasis (the tendency of biological systems of internal equilibrium) or a healthy balance in our body.
Chiropractors believe that the human body is susceptible to disease when the internal balance is disrupted by vertebra misalignment or of other joints and muscles that disturb the proper functioning of the nervous system due to tissue injury.
Chiropractors primarily treat patients with conditions such as back pain, neck pain and headaches. This is because the procedure focuses on the nervous system, the circulatory system, and a patients nutrition, exercise and other life style choices, chiropractic also examines the combined effect of the factors on a patients overall health and the prevention of disease.

Chiropractic medicine adheres to the belief that diagnosis and treat of ailments in the musculoskeletal system will have a positive holistic effect on a person’s overall health.
